Reprint ca. 1980 of a poster by Lucien Lopes-Silva (1862-?). The original, realized in 1898, features a very dapper couple enjoying a sip of Bénédictine in a most turn of the century setting. Bénédictine is a herbal liqueur beverage developed by Alexandre Le Grand in the 19th century and produced in France. Le Grand began production under the trade name "Bénédictine", using a bottle with an easily recognizable shape and label. The family eventually sold the company to Martini and Rossi, which was in turn bought by Bacardi
