A very colorful poster, realized by Oge ca. 1925, to advertise the margarine brand "Delico", that according to the slogan contains butter as well. A blond Dutch lady is depicted here, carrying a box of "Delico" on one size of the scale and a chunk of butter with a grumpy face on the other. This poster is featured in the book "Eugène Ogé Affichiste" (1998) on p. 147. Eugène Ogé (1861-1936) was a French poster artist with a unique and playful style. In 1902. he produced one of the best-known anticlerical images of its period La Lanterne. He also made a large number of commercial posters for products. (Wiki)
