The Butler did it in Blue Blood, a 1973 British horror film relating the story of a scheming servant who may be possessed by the devil, trying to wrest control of a stately home away from its rightful owners. Although the Italian name for this film suggests that it is a sequel to Ken Russell's 1971 film also starring Oliver Reed called The Devils, there is in fact no connection other than the actor being in both.
