A very tame cardboard promoting the virtues of Salus artificial mineral water (ca. 1920). Salus was produced in Ivrea in the province of Aosta (north eastern Italy). Salus (from the Latin: salus, "salvation") was a Roman goddess. She was the personification of well-being (health and prosperity) of both the individual and the state. Salus, as the caption tells us is referred to as the best table water available, associated with a prompt digestion and diuretic properties!
