A beautiful colorist painting that was realized by the NY-based Russian artist Rykov ca. 1999. In his unmistakable signature style, a very dense Russian village is depicted here. Each house has its own colors, roofing tiles colors, and shape, that turn the painting into a mosaic of marvelous colors. In the surreal canvas, a gigantic Russian lady is standing in the middle of the village, staring at us, while holding a jester doll. This young lady is so tall that the small airplane is flying next to her.
