The Office de Radiodiffusion-Télévision Française (ORTF) was the national agency charged, between 1964 and 1974, with providing public radio and television in France. “Free information at ORTF” is of course a misnomer. The government was in full control of the network as depicted by the picture of the blindfolded announcer.
