A self explanatory poster by Paul Pelg (ca. 1900) advertising «Le Souverain» fortified Porto wine, distributed by Paul Pelg in Bordeaux (South Western France). Note the de rigueur outfit worn by the son of a certainly well off family. This lithograph was printed by Imprimerie Camis, the renowned Parisian printshop.
