A uncanny mixed media painting on paper by Bokov, that was realized in 1996, depicting 3 shoes, 2 of which a pair of man's shoes while the one in the middle is a woman's high heel shoe. The title "Rendez-vous" suggests that the shoes are actually an allegory for a couple. Bokov’s work is now in the permanent collection of the State Art Museum of Vladivostok. He has appeared alongside Jean-Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring at the Now Gallery and in other shows around the world, including the Emerging Collectors Gallery, Morin Miller Gallery, The Grant Gallery, and the Monique Goldstrum Gallery, among others. He showed at the 2008 European Outsider Art Fair in Vienna and the Outsider Art Fair in New York. He had his first solo show with Van Der Plas Gallery in 2012.
