A rare and unusual poster issued in connection with the International Exhibition of 1909 related to the applications of electricity, a then nascent industry, in Brescia, Northern Italy. Today Brescia is at the centre of the third-largest Italian industrial area, concentrating on mechanical and automotive engineering and machine tools, as well as the Beretta arms firm.
